Hey Everyone,
Long time no see. Today's post will be thermomix choc-chip muffins! They are a good staple school food and they taste delicious! Makes 12.

Line the Tin with whatever cases you want. |

I used white paper muffin wraps. |

Pre-Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. |

Break up 100g dark chocolate into Chunks. |

Add it to the thermomix. |

Move the time to selector to 6-10 sec and the speed dial to speed 5. |

Transfer the end result into a bowl and set aside. |

Chop up 150g softened butter into pieces. |

Add it to the thermomix. |

Also add: 2 eggs and 200g Caster Sugar. |

Add 300g Plain Flour. |

Add 1 pinch of Salt. (Use whatever salt available to you except for rock salt) |

Add 300g milk. |
Add 2 tsp baking powder. |
Insert Lids. |
Turn time dial to 30 seconds and speed to 4. |
This is what it should look like after being mixed. |
Add the grated chocolate. |
Insert Lids. |
Turn time to 15 seconds and speed to 4. |
This is what it should end up like. |
Transfer batter to muffin tray. |
I filled them halfway. |
Bake muffins for 30 minutes. |
Take the tray out and set aside to cool for 10 minutes. |
The end result. Scrumptious Choc-Chip muffins. |

- 150g softened butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 200g Caster Sugar
- 300g plain flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300g full cream milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
